Where is Heartwork located?
Heartwork is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
How do I order?
- For Philippine customers, you can order through our online shop.
- For worldwide/international customers, you can order through our Etsy store. We are also open for group orders (GO), you can ask a group order manager (GOM) from your country to place an order for you.
What are your modes of payment?
Our modes of payment are GCash, Maya, BPI, and UnionBank.
What are your modes of delivery?
Our modes of delivery are J&T and same-day delivery couriers (Grab Express, Lalamove, etc). Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
Our production lead time is at most 10 working days (Monday-Friday) once your payment has been confirmed. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will be contacted through your social media account.
Do you accept custom-made orders?
Yes, we do! We have been in the wood business for 40 years now. Kindly message us on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook or email us for inquiries. We are open to BTS or non-BTS related products.

About the Product
All products are made-to-order.
Production lead time: At most 10 working days (Monday-Friday) once customer's payment is confirmed.
Please understand that all products are handmade. Due to this process, our products may have slight variations from published colors or subtle flaws from one piece to the next.
Product color may also vary due to lighting.
Ordering
Please fill out our order form on our online shop only if you are 100% sure of your order.
No cancellation of orders after submitting the form. If the customer persists, cancellation fee is 50% of the total purchase. If cancellation fee is not paid, then customer will be posted as a joy reserver.
Payment
Strictly PAYO (pay as you order) as all products are made-to-order.
Payment options: BPI, UnionBank, GCash, Maya
Kindly send your proof of payment through our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Carousell DMs. Make sure we note your payment to avoid confusion.
Shipping
Customer will be informed through their social media acc if their order is ready to be shipped out.
Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.

Note: Shipping from Quezon City, Metro Manila
Once the item is shipped out, the seller will not be liable for any courier mishandling (delays, damages, and loss). Please understand that this is beyond the seller's control. Rest assured that we will make sure your package is properly packed.
Kindly dispose the waybill properly.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Refund, return, and exchange will only be accommodated if the wrong item was shipped to the customer.
No full raw unboxing video provided = No return/refund/exchange.
Personal Information
The personal information provided by both parties is strictly for transaction purposes only.
The seller has the right to post the personal information of the buyer in public if: buyer tries to cancel their order without paying the cancellation fee by becoming unresponsive, blocking seller's account, and/or deactivating their account.

We are always open for group orders!
